Returns Policy

Returns
Our policy lasts 90 days. If 90 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. We offer free returns for all damaged and/or incorrect items in an order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be minimally used and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. If you received a free item as part of your order, this must also be returned in order to be eligible. Please fill out the provided returns slip and include it with the returned items.

Refunds (if applicable)
Once you have posted your item to the returns address, all items will be quickly inspected. Once this has been approved your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. Please note that depending on your bank/payment provider, the funds may take 1-3 business days to appear in your account.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at support@ljunlimited.com and we'll have the matter resolved for you as soon as possible.
